By using our services, you agree to these terms.

The Wellness GP provides private medical services including:

• General practice consultations

• Home visiting services

• Preventative and longevity care

• Medically supervised treatments

All services are subject to clinical assessment and suitability.

3. Appointments

• Appointments must be requested via the booking system or enquiry process

• All appointments are subject to confirmation

• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule appointments where appropriate

4. Fees and Payment

• Fees are provided as indicative and may vary based on clinical requirements

• Payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking

• Additional costs (e.g. tests, medications) may apply

5. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice

• Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge

6. Clinical Responsibility

• All treatment decisions are made based on clinical judgement

• Services are provided only where appropriate

• We reserve the right to decline treatment if not clinically indicated

7. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where unlawful to do so.
The Wellness GP is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the
service.
